We process account data such as display name, username, email address, password hash, verification status, role assignments, accepted terms, invite data, and security-related login information. We also process dashboard entries, planning items, site settings, legal-content edits, contact messages, and technical request metadata required to operate the service.

2. Purposes and storage systems

Processing is required to provide the portal, protect accounts, manage member invitations and permissions, publish legal or site content, and send transactional emails. Personal data may be stored in the application database and in the configured email systems.

3. Cookies

RekcuzPortal uses required cookies for login, security, antiforgery protection, and related account functions. No optional analytics, advertising cookies, or social tracking pixels are used for public visitors.

4. Third parties and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking services. Data is disclosed only where technically necessary, contractually required for email delivery, or legally required.

5. Data subject rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority.
