These terms govern accounts, collaboration, and shared project content in RekcuzPortal.

In short

  • Keep your account secure and use only the project and board permissions granted to you.
  • Tasks, comments, assignments, and status changes are visible to authorised project members.
  • Project managers may change shared board settings; automatic movement then applies to every member of that ProjectBoard.
  • The To Do, In Progress, and Done TaskLists must remain available for the automatic workflow.
  • After starting, completing, or reopening simple tasks and subtasks, check the task's updated TaskList.
  • Authorised theme managers change the appearance for every user and must preserve readability and sufficient contrast.
  • Save or intentionally discard drafts; only saved changes are shared with the project.

1. Access and accounts

Accounts are personal. You must keep login credentials confidential and may not use the portal for unlawful purposes, abuse invite flows, or interfere with the service or other users. Accounts are invitation-only and intended for the portal owner's family and friends. Anyone under 16 may only hold an account with a parent's or guardian's consent, and that parent or guardian remains responsible for the account's use.

2. Portal content

Tasks, subtasks, comments, assignments, files, board settings, and other project content remain the responsibility of the users and project managers who maintain them. Changes may immediately affect the workflow of other authorised members. This includes automatic TaskList changes triggered by starting, directly completing, or reopening simple tasks, and by changing subtask statuses, when a project manager has enabled that shared setting. Project managers are responsible for keeping the required To Do, In Progress, and Done TaskLists available while the automatic workflow is enabled. Theme settings apply portal-wide; authorised managers must review text contrast, visible focus states, and mobile usability. Only submitted changes are stored and applied for other members; discarded form entries do not become project content. Content must be lawful, appropriate, and relevant to the project; unlawful, abusive, or technically harmful content may be removed or restricted.

3. Availability, changes, and governing law

The service may evolve over time. Features, interfaces, or integrations may be changed, limited, or discontinued where technically, legally, or operationally necessary. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. To the extent legally permitted, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the portal are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.
